What is a LUX BOX made of?

Our acrylic LUX BOX items are made of Grade A Lucite Acrylic. This type of material is crystal clear with a glass-like appearance. Its clarity is similar to glass, and its durability is similar to the highest quality plastic.

How do I care for and clean my acrylic LUX BOX products?

Please clean your acrylic LUX BOX products by dusting with a soft cloth then clean gently with a washcloth and a mix of a mild soap and water. DO NOT use any common household cleaners or any ammonia-based products, doing so can damage the acrylic. DO NOT use windex.

Do the brushes or makeup come with the LUX BOX products?

Sorry, the brushes, beads and makeup are not included with our products.

Do the inserts/dividers come with the makeup LUX BOX?

Yes, each LUX Makeup Box comes with one H divider and one x divider.  One 32 section lipstick holder and one 7 section powder/compact holder is also included with your purchase of the LUX BOX makeup box.

How long will it take for my LUX BOX product to arrive?

Please allow 5-10 days for shipping in the United States and 14 days for all other countries. For pre-orders,  please refer to ship date listed under the individual product. If you wish to ship to a country that is not set up for shipping please email us at luxboxes@gmail.com for information. All items are shipped from California, USA. If you are located on the west coast, most items will arrive in 2-4 business days. Please follow tracking info. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. After an item is shipped, tracked and delivered please contact USPS or FED EX if an issue has occurred. 

Does LUX BOX offer international shipping?

Yes! Please email us at luxboxes@gmail.com for information and pricing for your specific shipping address or add your items of interest to your cart and before checkout, the shipping price will be listed. We are NOT responsible for customs or duty fees.

What is the return or cancellation policy?

We do NOT offer refunds or cancellations. However, if your LUX BOX item arrives damaged we will replace the item. In order to do so, you MUST keep the original box and packaging and MUST submit a claim within 24 hours of receiving your LUX BOX. Claims must be submitted via email to luxboxes@gmail.com with a description and photo of the damaged item. Please include the name on the order and order # .
